We purchase our meat fresh. After cutting and portioning, each package is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen immediately to preserve quality and freshness until delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on every box within participating Toronto and GTA delivery areas.

How is my order kept cold?

Your order is carefully packed and transported using temperature-controlled cold-chain delivery.

Can I customize the cuts?

Yes. Select from the available cut and package options while building your box.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Order once by selecting No Repeat, or choose recurring delivery every 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Toronto and participating GTA communities. Availability is confirmed using your postal code during checkout.

How should I store and thaw my order?

Freeze packages promptly after delivery.
Thaw sealed packages in the refrigerator.
Never thaw meat at room temperature or in hot water.
Do not refreeze completely thawed meat.

Report damaged, incorrect, missing or temperature-related items within 24 hours. Include your order number and clear photos. Approved issues may receive a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Because our products are perishable, returns or refunds are not available for personal preference, incorrect customer selection or improper receipt and storage.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once preparation or delivery scheduling begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
